By using Repox Labs services you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company.
We provide edge infrastructure: CDN, DDoS mitigation, compute, transit and Anycast routing. Service levels are defined in your order and our SLA.
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping contact details current.
No unlawful content, no attacks on others, no abuse of the network. We may suspend service to protect the platform or comply with law.
Fees are billed as metered or committed rates per your order. Invoices are due within 30 days. Late amounts may accrue interest.
We target 99.99% uptime. If we miss the SLA, your remedy is service credits as defined in the SLA schedule.
Services are provided as-is beyond the SLA. Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect damages.
Either party may terminate per the order terms. We may update these terms with 30 days notice; continued use means acceptance.
