Terms of Service.
The short version: use our infrastructure responsibly, pay your invoices, and we'll hold up our end of the SLA. The full version follows. See also our Privacy Policy.
The agreement
By accessing or using Repox Labs services you agree to these terms. If you use the services on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity, and "you" means that entity.
The services
We provide infrastructure services: full-stack and application deployment, object storage, bare metal servers, IP transit, DDoS protection, colocation, and managed databases. The specific services, capacity, and service levels you receive are defined in your order and our SLA.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your contact and billing details current. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no attacks on other networks or systems, no abuse of the platform or its resources. We may suspend or restrict service where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other customers, or to comply with law.
Payment
Fees are billed at the metered or committed rates set out in your order. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue. Late amounts may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law, and persistent non-payment may lead to suspension.
Availability
We target 99.99% uptime across our services. If we miss the SLA in a given period, your sole and exclusive remedy is service credits as defined in the SLA schedule attached to your order.
Liability
Beyond the commitments in the SLA, services are provided "as is". Our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination & changes
Either party may terminate in accordance with the order terms. We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by posting the revised version here; your continued use of the services after that period constitutes acceptance.
