What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, company, billing information), service data needed to operate your infrastructure (IP addresses, configurations, usage metrics), and correspondence when you contact us. We do not collect more than the services require.
How we use it
To provision and operate your services, bill you accurately, provide support, protect the platform against abuse, and meet legal obligations. We may send you operational notices; marketing is opt-in only.
Your content
Data you store or process on our infrastructure is yours. We do not access, inspect, or use it except as needed to deliver the services, at your request for support, or where the law requires.
Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the services (payment, datacenter, and network partners) under contract, or with authorities when legally compelled.
Security & retention
We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, and network-level safeguards. We keep personal data only as long as your account is active or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and object to or restrict certain processing. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy as the services evolve; the date above always reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced with 30 days’ notice before taking effect.
